Should you need to proceed to Detailed Assessment, (be it provisional or by way of attendance) we are able to offer a complete service in relation to the preparation of all documentation to set the case down. Thereafter, preparing all of the supporting documents for use by the District Judge or Costs Officer as they arise from the Points of Dispute/Reply.
We are also able to attend Detailed Assessment hearings across the Country, having appeared in almost all venues over the years. Completion of the Bills and negotiation with your Opponents following provisional assessment through to obtaining the final costs Certificate is also offered.
